Founded December 2, 2006–Michelle made chilli–the Quest is an improvised film and comedy troupe in Washington, DC.
How the Quest got its name
The group began improvising stories about a hero on a quest. They started filming those stories, and Quest Films was born. Their live shows took a new direction, combining short-form comedy games, long-form improv and traditional show-biz spectacle including sets, props and music.
The Quest is currently working on a series of short films for multi-media screenings, festivals and the internet. They’ve also increased their live performance schedule and are developing a new show for the fall/winter.
